dispute. Noted the company, Comcast's proposed fee "is the functional
equivalent of an access charge" and should be struck down. --- As a
expected, the FCC voted to move forward on Universal Service Fund
reform. Now watch for the devil in the details. --- Also as expected,
Rep Fred Upton (R-MI) says he'll aim to cut off funds for net neutrality regs, most likely as part of a bill to keep the gov't funded.
