DIRECTV Inks LIN TV Retrans Deal
DIRECTV reached an agreement with LIN TV for the retransmission of the broadcaster's stations in both analog and high-def.
The deal covers television stations owned and/or operated by LIN TV in 15 markets: Albuquerque, Austin, Buffalo, Dayton, Fort Wayne, Ind., Grand Rapids, Mich., Green Bay, Hartford, Indianapolis, Mobile, Ala., Norflok, Va., Providence, R.I., Springfield, Mass., and Toledo, Ohio.
Both parties said they are happy with the retrans deal.
