NEWS BRIEFS: Topping Joins T. Howard Board
The T. Howard Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to diversity in the multimedia and entertainment industry, said Andrew C. Topping, vice president and deputy general counsel at Comcast, has joined the group's board of directors.
Blizzard Entertainment said its third BlizzCon gaming convention will be broadcast on DIRECTV as a pay-per-view event. BlizzCon brings together global player communities surrounding Blizzard Entertainment's Warcraft, Diablo and StarCraft game universes. The event takes place at the Anaheim Convention Center in California on Oct. 10 and 11.
