HD Launch Report: "All Over the Place"
According to WhereIsHD.com, Time Warner added the most HD feeds to its lineups last week across 30 different DMAs. Almost all of the MSO's 497 launched feeds were USA Network HD and CNBC HD.

Comcast, Verizon FiOS TV and Mediacom are pacing one another with 323, 314, and 308 feeds added to new lineups, respectively. Comcast focused on launching movie genre feeds primarily in the Boston market.

As expected, Verizon FiOS showed a very broad spectrum of HD feeds, launching primarily in the New York DMA. Mediacom focused on launching USA Network HD and The Sci-Fi Channel HD in 33 different DMAs, including the Des Moines, Cedar Rapids, and Champaign and Springfield areas.
 
Overall, the New York DMA saw the most action with 357 added feeds, followed by the Boston DMA (214) and Los Angeles (154). The USA Network HD feed was the most popular feed, and was added to 606 lineups.
 
HD Broadcast feeds were not accounted for in this report.
